We’re a young and talented group of entrepreneurs and engineers that are trying to solve the patient queueing issues that exist in the process in Srilankan health sector.
Currently the existing systems rely on manually updating ongoing patient numbers through the help desk by a nurse or by inaccurately estimating time of the ongoing number. The number of attempts to check the on going number from mobile app is restricted to 10 attempts for the patient.
We suggest a patent pending new way of automatically updating ongoing patient numbers and acknowledging the patients while profiting as a business. For this facility the patient doesn't need to have an internet connection and a smart phone. This is a real win win for hospitals, channeling services, nurses, us and the patients, specially in rural areas.
This can help patients and hospitals to maintain safety, specially during a pandemic crisis such as Covid and will be a convenient service when engaging with hospital services.
